Lisbon on a student-friendly budget
Day 1: Alfama, viewpoints, and cheap eats
Start with a tram ride into Alfama, walk between miradouros, and keep lunch simple with bifanas or a market stall meal. Save paid attractions for one or two must-see stops.
Day 2: Belem and riverside wandering
Use public transit to reach Belem early, share pastries with friends, then spend the afternoon along the waterfront before a low-cost dinner in Bairro Alto.
Day 3: Sintra or beach day
Pick one day trip instead of trying to do everything. Sintra works for castles and views; Cascais works when you want a lower-effort beach reset.
